The error is actually that the memories of Sunset Shimmer were miscolored as the color of Sunset’s memories.

Yes, yes it is. It was intentional. That’s why they drew it that way. It was unexpected, but not mistake.
it still isn’t what was supposed to happen
The Dexter one isn’t an error. That was a weird episode.
That was a fun episode but had lots of errors. G1 in general has lots of errors due to it being the 80s.
Or rather to correct myself, a Smear Frame. A smear frame is a frame in animation that makes the animation appear smoother and helps show the motion better. They’re kind of not meant to be seen but you can find them if you pause the video at the right spot. They’re deliberately drawn.

The Mr. Burns one might not be an error either. That could have been a smudge frame.
Oh no. That episode. That episode was pretty infamous for G1 for those kind of errors (and that’s saying something since G1 as a whole had its fair share of animation errors).
this is a pretty simple animation out when compared to others.
Even top animation studios with huge movie budgets will have animation errors in them.

I thought boulder only did the Summertime ones.
Both of those things are handled by different studies.
