1.I know , i had a problem with my pc and the monitor crashed 4 times including inkscape and vegas itself.I am gonna do a better version of it.
2.Its four and half frams .Sai deleted the last frame.
3.It took a hour to export oth in camastia and vegas.
4. I will do better next time. Thank you for advising.
5.Tweening , why not
Okay I just animated a 4 legged run animation of a pony that I drew from scratch and made go from one side of the screen to the other.

It’s not worth uploading to Derpi because it looks kinda rubbish. But it looks better than this… Honestly leave things like this on your computer until you have something to be proud of.
Unless you want help? If that’s the case then, you might need better software. But before that you gotta pick your style too. FrameByFrame, Tweens, or Morph. There are programs that specialise in each. I tween in Flash myself. What you’re doing here… I can’t really tell what you want.
However to be a good animator you really should become a good artist first. You don’t have to, but it honestly helps. And even though FBF is the hardest, it’s worth drawing out each frame as practice to get the basics down. It’s not worth it to try to skip the practicing step. I see too many artists get good who never learned how to do proportions, and it really does ruin the end result. Skipping anything will come back to bite you.
In short: Don’t rush. Learn the basics. Take your time.
