Description

Pinkie Pie walked in on the Rainbow Factory and since she wasn’t a pegasus, she survived. (This was after the Best Young Flyer’s Competition so Pinkie still had the spell that allowed her to walk on clouds operating)
 
Rainbow Dash escaped (somehow) from Pinkie’s basement and survived.

Strategically pinky could ask for much more. While RD has blackmail that could ruin pinkie; pinkie has blackmail that can ruin the whole of cloudsdale. Pinkie has the clear advantage in this as if the truth came out pinkie could receive a reduced sentence in exchange for testifying against a mass genocide factory not the same case for RD.
