It’s Derpy Day 2018 on Equestria Daily
I imagine it can be trick to tell hooves from wings when distracted by a delicious muffin just received up in Cloudsdale.
But don’t worry, Spitfire is already flying to the rescue (and she will have probably have learned from a failed earlyer rescue attempt and therefore know what to do).
