My very close friend Saxpony, medical student, had it tough lately so I decided to draw something as a surprise to cheer him up. His OC, Skaj, taking a power nap between study sessions.
About the details:
Skaj is listening to Streetlight Manifesto’s Toe to toe
Sketches of pony anatomy were drawn traditionally by great, but shy Cause Tears

Surgery manual is inspired by actual and real book of surgery
