Considering they now don’t need to run according EEA’s standard, the schedule can be as flexible as possible. they may even do a class once or twice a week.

Okay, with the exception of Starlight, there is no plausible way that any of the Mane Six can work at a school and work at their current jobs at the same time; I mean Twilight is a princess, AJ is a farmer, Rarity is a tailor, Pinkie is a baker, Fluttershy is an animal caretaker, and Rainbow Dash is a Wonderbolt. How are they supposed to travel to each of their jobs so fast and not be late for any of them?
 
It’s impossible, even for us humans with our current technology and transportation.

Starlight being a counselor makes a surprising amount of sense. For someone who probably has some sort of social disorder, she’s very good at reading people’s emotions and maintaining an objective point of view. It’s probably why she was so good at manipulating the people of Our Town, or making friends with Trixie and Maud, or helping Celestia and Luna.

I just remembered that episode where Rumble brother organize a picnic for the CMC Camp so i think it kinda work in a similar way for Rainbow Dash teaching duty,treating it as a volunteer work to teach the youngster and make the Wonderbolt look good.Also AJ have her family
