Also, I don’t really think war counts as murder. I mean yeah you can get political or philosophical on that, but it’s…debatable at least. In an ideal situation, both parties know what they sign up for. (With the less-than-ideal scenarios being accidental civilian casualties). It’s worse if you “break the rules” and commit war crimes though, like killing prisoners of war or things like what the Russians and Nazis did during WWII. During some period in the war, Stalin had a pretty strict “never retreat, no steps back” policy where a lot of officers were literally instructed to open fire on anyone running the wrong way even if it were to escape the sights of a tank. So yeah, things like that are more on the murder side, cuz that’s just a shitty thing to do.
 
Anyway the point is humans suck.

Kek. School shootings are only like 1% of firearm murders. If you really want impressive, WW2 killed like 66 million in war. Add in the, like, 30 to 80 million communism killed in USSR, Maoist China, and adding up all the other places, and now you’re cooking with gas!
 
Though most of that was starvation and such, not guns necessarily.
