I respectfully disagree.  
The kitchen scene was good, but I think Sunset’s and Scitwi’s interaction when they’re both floating in the white world at the end of FG was much better.  
I agree with OP though. Both are great. Why just pick one.

Well, I apologize if you felt hurt, it’s just that the statement felt to me a bit agressive, and as if a statement of a fact (ie “The scene on Pinkie’s kitchen has more chemestry than whole scitwishimmer in the entire EG.”).
 
And that’s not entirelly true I “write an entire lecture every time when someone says that straight shipping with Twilight(s) is OK’. I only critiqued how the relationship of Timber and Sci-Twi was written, and don’t do it under every picture, and critiqued the relationship with Rising Starfrom the future, due to it possessing even more traits of bad writing, which (arguably) will damage Twilight’s characterisation (ie make Twilight so boy crazy, she will cheat on Timber, with a guy she just met), and also major continuity errors.

I get you see Sunset x Pony Twilight as having more, and better chemistry, but let’s maybe just respect each other opinion, ok?

I personally prefer Sci-Twi x Sunset, I feel like they have more chemistry than Princess Twilight x Sunset
