Excuse me, how many ponies ended up being a threat to Equestria in the show? Sombra, Nightmare Moon, Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, Tempest, Cozy Glow. With the exception of the last one, all of those were unicorns. I think Neighsay should really be reconsidering how the real threats are.

Unfortunately, other Ultramarines consider that to be heresy. Remember what happened to Uriel Ventris?

I think this is how the Ultramarines imagined Guilliman to be before he woke up. But in reality, he wrote the Codex Astartes as a guide rather than rigid doctrine. Thankfully some Ultramarines like Captain Titus understood that and know when to apply some imagination.

Given that he seems to be a pony-supremacist Doctor Strange parody, I would not be surprised if Tzeentch was manipulating the EEA to begin with.

As soon as I saw the sumbol on the book in the first trailer, I immediately thought it was the Ultramarines. Though back then, I though it was Twilight who wrote it.  
To be fair, the Ultramar insignia combined with a wreath has been done in 40K art before. Even in this picture, the standard banner behind Guilliman’s Hand of Dominion has that motif. There’s also the standard design for the Space Marine Command Squad art and the Official standard design for the 2nd company. There’s also a Horus Heresy standard design with the Wreath around the Insignia.
