Entry for *Alysia1376’s contest, where her pony was getting a ‘Welcome to Ponyville’ party.
 
Tony is giving Inksy (who somehow got a rose collar as a little welcome gift to match the ‘fancy’ ribbon and flower party) a welcome present and offering a piece of cake (the cake says “Welcome to Ponyville Inksy” and Inksy is getting the piece with the missing ‘lle’ and ‘y’, but it’s hard to read). Little Lamplight is finishing up with installing the lanterns as it’s going to get dark soon, and everyone else is just chilling.
