The given the detail of the Fluttercord pillows, I’d take those as an example of sewing.

Some have said she knitted tiny sweaters for the breezies (though at breezies size the line between both skills is pretty blurred).

I can’t really recall if she is shown making the clothes or stating that she made them.

Considering how much miniaturized stuff she uses on animals, I would be more inclined to believe she buys such items.

Fluttershy did knit something at some point, but it bothers me that I can’t remember which season it was. Also, she did knit some nice designs of her and discord on some pillows. Pretty sure discord talked mentioned it in that one episode where fluttershy visits his house near the start of the episode.

In the comics Fluttershy has an extreme secret knitting cave. Also, in “Suited for Success” she showed to have some knowledge about fashion.
I really liked the return of the caotic umpredictable Fluttershy, but this episode has some terrible “out of character” for her in terms of kniting and fashion.

Not really. The design Rarity made from her input was probably the worst of the lot.

She had sewing knowledge that helped the five save Rarity’s show, but as others have pointed out sewing!=knitting.

TwiLuna - the MasterShip
It’s funny, cuz Flutters suppose to be pretty good at tailoring, as was said in season 1. She finished dress for Rarity for Grand Galloping Gala. And there was something about her great stitching skills in comics, but who reads them, anyway.

Some details are, obviously, doomed to be lost in years of production piling up.
