Finally Luna is flying, but ugh, those wings.
No dithering for the mane this time since the Desktop Ponies program now supports partial transparency.
Edited from my old Luna, which was in turn based on Nightmare Moon from Desktop Ponies.
Edit: Made a few improvements (more show-accurate colors, nicer sparkles and such)
