@donut64s
Most likely but it’ll probably more entertaining than the tie in games we have today. At least it wouldn’t have been filed with monetization schemes trying to nickel and dime me.
Equestria is under attack by Changlings. Search for the Elements of Harmony along side your friends to defeat the Evil Queen Chrysalis, but watch out! The maker of mischief, Discord, has broken free from his stone imprisonment and aims to foil your mission and let chaos reign.
@kudcelestia
I did use actual position snapping for my older renders which used a Blender Game script-based shader control, but when I decided to use Blender Render for more complex renders (such as the shadows, vertex colouring), I pretty much lost control of that. Though, I could possibly code a script to try to get it working.
The noise displacement was the best way to replicate the look nicely outside of Blender game.
@Samekh
If someone has a Net Yaroze(Playstation 1 Development console) They could make a PS1 pony game and upload the game for anyone to play either on an emulator or an actual PS1/2/3.
This would take a long time but I think if someone was able to find some example game source code they could take off a lot of the time spent building the game from the ground up and focus on the game side of development.

It also would’ve been trash.
And PS1 graphics there’s more than one game console.
Oh wait, you don’t have a memory card?
Uugghhh..
I agree!
And also say you’re doing an awesome job~

An Emulator and Dev software could also be used https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITXleeBpic8 (preformance between an emulator and an actual console may vary)

So, quadrupeds composed of quads, then?
I work on the Saturn but it is difficult fathom designing a compelling MLP game.
And, you know, I have other things to figure out..
