Chrysalis is just after their vanguardians period. Does not matter if they are the positive or negative so long as they represent the element she seeks to have in her possession. Granted she has 3 dark ones currently I’ve yet to see her snag a light one.

They have a positive vandguardian and a negative one. From what I’ve gathered. The negative or black vangaurdians are the ones you want to avoid. Given they are conjoured on raw emotions, Chrysalis should have been more careful :o

So, trying to understand this: each one of the girls has two vanguardians based on a particular theme. Pinkie is Alice in wonderland, Fluttershy is animals, RD might be gundam/macross and AJ is Overwatch. One of them is a talkative one, the other is silent or animalistic.
