The fics second volume involves the main character, Twinkle Sprinkle, fighting to come to realization of her feelings for the secondary antagonist, Anon, while reading a book involving characters who are in a similar situation to her own.  
It’s only while reading a book does Twinkle Sprinkle fully awaken to her feelings for Anon.  
Will Twilight Sparkle learn anything from this?  
Can we learn anything from Twilight Sparkle and Twinkle Sprinkle?  
How many levels of bookcepetion can we have here??

Round Trip called; he wants his Twilight rip-off name joke back!

“They also spend way too much time preoccupied with smooching and nose booping.  
I’m afraid that your fic is not very realistic…  
Just who is this” Twinkle Sprinkle” supposed to be based off of anyways?”

Her tail looks like it’s coming out of her left buttock.

“Now she’s reading a book about some ‘Tworlot Sporkle’ and complains that there’s an allusion to Tworlot’s buttocks in almost every paragraph…”

“It’s a cultural thing. You wouldn’t understand.”

Maybe every other paragraph has Twinkle Sprinkle turn around and give a description of her adorable yet lonely eyes just before going back to the butt.
 
For character development or something.

Almost every paragraph? Clearly Anon isn’t trying hard enough.
