I was present for the entirety of the 90s and this is not 90s fashion. The top arrangement could pass as kinda pacific northwest 90s, but the leggings and uggs on the bottom half is a no-go. Not quite as egregious as calling Rainbow Dash’s punk rock outfit from the early EQG spots ‘80s’ but still.
