And about the show having more of one gender, that’s bs honestly. If that were the case the population would slowly but surely die down. I do think, just like the real world, the population has a gender balance. It’s just that they only focuses on females because it’s still a show for little girls

It’s not nearly as skewed as that, if at all. Truth is, FiM’s population is pretty equal, it’s just that a larger number of main characters are female, and that’s what people focus on.

don’t worry, i generally agree with you. but i’ve come to accept it as MLP itself is heavily female (like…what 90% female population……rip males when its mating season)
 
Which is why i love fics like Viva Las Pegasus (the first part….the book has 2 parts, which is separated by a time jump. the 2nd part is alot worse quality (as shown by the lack of horse puns that made the first half work so well). so when u get to the time jump. just stop. the first part is AMAZING)
 
and Merchant of Hope (holy hell this fic, just. did i mention this is the first in a trilogy? while the 3 books are unrelated, they all follow the events of the previous and occasionally have characters from the previous show up. If any character deserves to be related to [][][][][][][][], its this character.)

Sorry, it’s just that i hate gender inequality as a whole. Not to say fallout equestria has it - the series has a great male cast, but it always bugged me how most protags are female. I like the 50/50 balance (and i’m starting to sound like a nitpicky bitch, ain’t i?)

though, not all are. but the majority of characters seem to be.
 
if you want some with non female leads, Viva Las Pegasus, Commonwealth, merchant of hope(best character imo), brotherhood, murky number seven, wildest dreams, Fallout Equestria x Wild Arms: Trigger to Tomorrow,

why must all fallout equestria protags has to be female?
