The comics aren’t canon to the main show, but they are official. I’d say that’s a step above ‘fan theories’, especially the ones I’ve seen and made.  
And given that alternate worlds/dimensions/timelines are canon in both, contradicting the show doesn’t mean it’s not canon in-universe. It just means you can’t argue that something is real in the show because it’s real in the comics.

Look my badges is just me being in art community. I am no longer active engaging in comments or drama in some sort. And yes yes welcome to internet and bla bla that kind stuffs. My thought is my thought, everyone can agree or disagree as they wish and when someone make me feel uncomfortable like you for example, I will said my feeling as honest as possible.

Welcome to the internet, where nothing you believe is guaranteed to be treated with same respect you feel towards it. With that many little badges showing how involved you are with Derpibooru, I’d think you’d be used to comments like mine by now.
 
Even in the event Chrysalis was the one who birthed Thorax (and possibly all the other drones), I don’t believe the changelings ever treated Chrysalis the same way a pony would treat thier mother, because there was never any kind of relationship between her and them that wasn’t reminescent of a commander and her army. Not once has Chrysalis referred to the changelings as anything but her subjects, and not once has there ever been any kind of interaction between her and a drone that would even hint towards a mother son relationship.
 
To put it simply, she (might have) birthed them, but that’s as close to motherhood as she’d have ever gotten.

Nah, I don’t care if it’s not being confirm or not. But at least that’s the way I see it and also looking at the “mother and son” tag.

Yeah sometimes I forget that Chrysalis is Thorax’s mother.

Definitely not strong enough to take on any major force from Equestria without a mind controlled conduit, a siphoned power source, or disabling magicks. Which is why she’ll need to search for a more suitable conduit after she has enacted her unequivocally stupid scheme in E13, lol.

I’d love to see Thorax and Pharynx go up against her in a final bout. Unfortunately I think Glim Glam has dibs on her since she’s the one Chrissy swore vengeance on.

And she has what, exactly? Certainly not an army. Lost that to Thorax on account of being a selfish tyrant. Power? Only power of her own she’s ever displayed was beating Celestia, and that was after she was roided out on love energy from the royal couple.
 
Sorry, Chrysalis is overrated when it comes to power. She’s a parasite who uses others to do her dirty work, whether in the form of minions or stolen magic.
