For such an underscored episode, what I loved the most was how much a super-energetic pony like Pinkie Pie could love her sister, Maud, who functions as what is essentially her polar opposite.

It doesn’t matter to Pinkie if you’re as exuberant as she is. She can love you for who you are, just as she does towards her sister.

Pretty special.
