This is impressively bad.
 
The boobs are pretty realistically shaped tho. I do like that.

Thank you. I am trying to get good (because there’s nothing I like better than corrupting these pony designs) so I will take note of this.  
I used a 3D model for reference and did the substructure and like 3 layers of penciling before this came together. I just wish I knew what goes missing from that stage to the lineart stage that it still looks freehand. I think I would need someone to talk me through as I was doing it.  
Not going for anime but for a show-accurate face and eye structure (anime influenced) - don’t know if it will work over a more realistic body or if it will just look as you say Martian, may have to tweak.

Needs a lot of work. It seems like this was all done freehand. Spend the extra effort penciling the base structures before going to the solid lines. The eyes are another issue altogether. They go far beyond the anime style they’re trying to be, going more to the old-time traditional Martian idea. The tattoos are pretty much unintelligible, too.  
If my criticism hurts, I’m sorry. If you enjoy making art, it’s a craft that needs study and practice. You just need to keep going at that. This is not ready for the general public.
