||Looks like Scale’s hot air mass is going to be penetrated by a moist tongue at least once tonight. Except plenty of vertical motions along the boundary as well, leading to explosive convection, especially when the cap is broken…along with other things. Either way, Scale intends on making a dry intrusion despite the moist tongue expected later tonight, or more accurately, Cold’s mass will be intruding into Scale, whether he likes it or not, advecting with it plenty of energy and pain.
Always have to watch those dry lines. Plenty of action can occur at them, especially if there’s a dry bulge and it gets any lifting going, and dry bulges are likely to occur despite the inhibition Cold is having to this whole ordeal. ||
I think that’s good enough. Didn’t use technical words or phrases like adiabatic ascent, baroclinic zone, or vorticity, despite all of the twisting and turning that’s bound to happen.
