I often forget that sometimes it’s the commissioner who’s into something and not the artist.
No idea about the artist. But the guy who commissioned this piece (and several others from Joey), he’s had the fetish as long as I’ve known him. About half a decade now.
Actually, considering how many of the JoeyWaggoner’s fat pony pictures are commissions, he might not even be into it himself. I just don’t know, though.
