Yooo, glad it hits something for you, haha. By removing the exit entirely there, the only route of escape is the mouth, so the ||un(?)||fortunate one inside is quite literally in the deepest part of their captor. Just a bonus that it’s a particularly suggestive and sensitive area. :P

Yeah, I think that if she purposely curled her spine with her muscles in a stretch or something then it would be a backbend. But this doesn’t look too different than the resting curve of a spine.
