I’d be for aliasing “phzaaamm” to “magic blast” because it’s self-explanatory and easier to remember.
I think I remember commenting to the effect that I think her dream self is using it so naturally that it’s probably not something bizarre or unfamiliar to her.
And now I learned that, after like 5 years here, phzaaamm is a tag. Meanwhile, magic blast, is probably the same thing.

There was that one time in Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep?. It’s unclear if Rarity can normally shoot lasers or if she could only shoot lasers in that instance because it was a dream.
