Being an evil conqueror isn’t easy, but one thing you should always check is that none of your minions fall into the next categories.
 
The lazy: This guy can hardly care aboiut your world domination, or anything at all, like your average burnout employee. You’d be better of if you just fire him on the spot and save your payment to someone who deserves it.
 
The petty psycho: He lives to ruin everybody’s lifes. He hits others in the head, steal your money and sing that song you hate to hear on purpose. Their lack of self-control thankfully means they’ll go to jail before anything serious happen.
 
The greedy kleptomaniac: Hope you have some decent loan to keep this guy on check. If you tell them “don’t touch that” in an ancient temple full of traps, chances are he’s going to steal that. It can be annoying when they decide they want you desserts too.
 
The treacherous one: Being a leader isn’t easy, but most people like to be leaders. Well, this one certainly likes the idea of being leader and is going to do anything to usurp your throne, it ranges from complex manipulations to a basic literal backstab. Keep an eye on them, they might be up to something.
 
The bad adviser: What’s that? You don’t feel like your plan might work? Think that your death ray could be combined wit your death sword? Need to check how plausible your strategy about your ambush is? Well then never ask advise from this guy, their pants have been toasted long time ago. One second thought, you can hear what he says and then do the opposite.
 
The grumpy one: Sure you are evil, but evil requires a good spirit as well to reach the goals. Then there’s this guy. Kinda similar and related to the lazy one, but this one can be more obedient, but dear god this guy is never happy even when victory is just one step ahead. Great victory? “This sucks”. The hero is dead? “I hate mondays” We rule the world? “This place sucks”. C’mon, give one good evil laugh for once!!
