What are you talking about, she did get arrested and all other pages are about her breaking free and fighting changelings

Honestly I’m not sure if I care if Rigel’s a changeling here or not. It seems pretty obvious that Dream has just been looking for an excuse to stop playing nice with Twilight. Add that to her already blatant war crimes and it seems to me she needs less friendship and more of an ass kicking.
…Heck glancing at some of the future pages doesn’t exactly endear me to the Lunar Republic as a whole, and that Dream has only herself to blame for the current situation.

It will make sense once you read the next page. I’m surprised that you didn’t realize what’s going on, storywise it’s one of the oldest themes in MLP. They were CHANGELINGS all along XD

Twilight getting jailed for obscure or political purposes is becoming a theme. Can’t wait for more.
Either you try to go for a compeling story with dark themes and tension in it, or take comedic aproach with lots of non-sensical things happening but with low tension in it. You don’t mix both.
