Fun fact: Blackout was the very first Transformer as well as the very first Decepticon introduced in the film series at the beginning of the first film.

Actually, Blackout was distracted by the soldiers and “human shouting” on the motorcycle. They needed to distract him long enough for the F-22s to arrive and shoot. The first hit he took was a missle from an F-22. One grenade launcher shot wouldn’t have done the job. Re-watch the scene.
 
Blackout is my favorite Decepticon. He was the first figure of the movies I got. Voyager class awesomeness. I was so wowed when I saw in theaters how destructive he was. Given it was an attack out of the blue, he did have the upperhand and it was like shooting fish in a barrel. But yeah. Cool that you mention the game. Alternative story, but it was cool.

Blackout is kinda a underrated and it’s pretty shame that he got killed so easily by a human shouting him on the crouch yeah I know he’s a Decepticon but on the beginning of the movie he managed to destroy an entire military base and killed off many soldiers on his own but let’s talk about Transformers The Game which was biased on the first movie in the Autobot Campaign Blackout was killed by Jazz alongside with Starscream but in the Decepticon Campaign Blackout was able to kill a lot of Autobot soldiers single handily while having a boss fight with Ironhide and in the Nintendo DS version of the game which was similar to Pokémon White and Pokémon Black and they were called Transformers Autobot and Transformers Decepticons in the Autobot version Blackout was defeated two times first with Jazz as the two fought in a power plant but he got away and in second fight Blackout was killed by Ratchet while fighting on to of a building and in the Decepticon version Blackout was killed by Starscream after he killed Bumblebee and the reason why he killed him was because Megatron ordered all of the Decepticons to hunt down Starscream for betraying him and get the Allspark away from him and Starscream was planning to kill Megatron so he can remain leader of the Decepticons just like his G1 counterpart!

Blackout: alright, people. This is a mutiny!

Well nothing that says Cybertron doesn’t exists in this universe especially since Hasbro really wants the shared universe thing even though they had that back in the 80s ironically enough.
 
But there is a president for universes merging temporarily for crossovers.

Travel between universes ?. It would not be weird in any of the franchises. In fact, ponies and transformers coexist in some universes.

It can also be assumed they live in the same universe but in different cities/locations that they don’t bother each other unless it’s a crossover event. Like in Marvel and DC comics universes.
