To be completely fair, I doubt any of them are virgins now. But out of these three, Celestia is the least likely to have never gotten any. Maybe she hasn’t had any real romance, but I’m sure she’s had a few little mini-flings here and there over the last few thousand years. To suggest otherwise is absurd - I’m sure she’s seen someone attractive at every gala. And she has needs just like any other mare.
 
Luna on the other hand is a spirited little cuttiemuffin, fresh in bloom from the garden. Or as fresh as a thousand-year-old magic alicorn can be. Though at this point we’re exploring outside actual canon, personally I’ve always felt Celestia’s MENTAL age was about 35-45 while Luna is more like a 20-25 year old who’s been romantically/sexually repressed. She probably wasn’t given much attention in her earlier stages of puberty but I imagine Luna as the type who would be a real romantic, probably even a bit pervy. So regardless of whether or not she had any flings - romantic or otherwise - before their family drama, I agree - it’s pretty likely that she started getting stallions into trouble quite fast after redemption. Maybe after a year or so. I’m sure she’s seen as the “new special cool girl” to all the young stallions looking to make their mark.
 
As for Twilight, well, the fandom stereotypes her as “the nerdy virgin” who never got any attention in school. This may or may not be a fair stereotype, but it’s reasonable to assume this for at least the earlier stage of her young life. I feel Twilight’s probably about 22, more or less - a very young, new princess. After reaching her new status though…. Well, let’s just say a lot more stallions are sure to be paying attention to her now. I think one of the comics even joked that she’s been harassed with marriage proposals since her inauguration. Everyone wants to ascend themselves through the newest princess, and plus, she’s a cutie too. There’s plenty of reason to admire her.

Luna spent a millennium without even seeing a man. So she when she saw her first one in a 1000 years, well…
