Of course she is not as talented as Twily or Glimmy.
That did not stop her from doing her part in the rescue mission and even sacrificing herself.
She also stood up against the Ursa and later the Maulwurf.
Trixie’s entire purpose is to act like she’s better than she is. If she could ever actually back her claims without needing an Artifact Of Doom to boost her powers, it would mean the joke wouldn’t work any more and it’d be harder to write her into episodes.
