I actually did this once. There’s an old train tunnel that goes straight across my town.
When you enter, it was a good ‘20% Cooler’ than outside, which was nice on a hot day. There’s crazy stuff in there, like nice graffiti and a rusty car wreck. The deeper it went there were stalactites forming on the ceiling where seams were.
10/10 would explore again.
