Over analyzing, I just draw my ponies like that.
Now I have an idea why Luna is blushing; she is slightly embarrassed of our appreciation for how cute she is and trying to tell everyone that the serious night pony is an adorable mare who should have as many hugs as she wants, she is adorable, and very kind.

You are very much welcome, you are quite an excellently skilled artist, especially with Luna, and this Luna Picture is gorgeous, I especially like how she has a slight blush, as though there are admirers nearby and are starting to embarrass her during her stately work. Once more, I also really like the hairstyle you used for Luna here, where it loops around her ear in a circle of hair bead curls, that is a very nice look for her, you did another good job.
