let me see if i’ve got this right:
The north is ruled by the mayor, who has the most authority.
The south is zecorra’s turf and probably handles the drug trade or something.
East is owned by Lyra and Bon bon, who (based on what dash is saying) deal with the sex trade.
which leaves Vinly with the west side which is the safest side; well, safe-ER i should say.
