I do not trust vignette at all

Here’s what I think Vignette’s scheme is. She has heard about the Rainbooms and their magical powers. Later, some magic ends up in her phone.
 
Vignette is going to use it to make everything “better”. If the phone’s camera is facing her for a selfie, and the screen is facing an object, magic comes out of the phone and makes something into her liking.
 
Also, as she runs public relations for the park, she hired some cool people. She wanted “cool nerd chiche” to work at the Caramel Apple Stand, and she found Microchips.
 
Her phone gets more magic from the Rainbooms. She wants to power it up so it will be much easier to get what she wants.
 
“Getting what I want is what I do best, sweetie. Now say cheese!”
