Suggestions:

  • On the camera, your FOV is too wide angled I would suggest right clicking in the element viewer and instance the camera as a manipulate-able object. From there under the procedural preference LMB in the FOV and input either a 1 or a 2 (or just slide it all the way to right)[it should go without saying but you do this while in edit time]. once you have the FOV changed from looking like a fishbow go into your work camera and pull your instanced camera back to fit just enough of the scene in it. Be mindful of excess negative space however.

  • On the scene, it’s really barren I mean theres’ a mountain and some sort of miniwall, but the sky is drab theres’ nothing really to rest the eyes on, nothing that helps paint an interesting picture, Try adding in a few trees or other forms of plant life.

  • On the characters, all of them are stiff, and unnaturally posed. Starting left to right here are some things to consider.

Female guard - Disregarding her clipping into the ground, her legs are entirely too stiff try adding a slight bend in all her leg joints, not a lot but just enough to indicate a slight relaxed stance given that she’s not focused on maintaining absolute vigilance. if you wanted you could also pull her upper half of her body back and put a hoof up or near her face to indicated shock.

Twilight - While I understand the comedic attempt at her stance, Dynamically it looks off/bad. She’d possibly be better on all fours riced in the direction she wanted to swing, leaving the actual club to be held by her magic. She could even have a hoof over her forehead to signify her looking really far away.

Rainbow - more super tightness, instead of just having all her legs tied together, why not just have a rope or set of ropes around each set of legs. Ie: Two ropes on her forelegs and two ropes on her hind legs, for her forelegs have a rope on the “wrist” part and then have a rope for the upper arm.

theres’ more I could go into, but I don’t want to overload you and completely rip this image apart, I’m going on the assumption that you’re entirely new and are just happy to have made something.
