I have certain ideas since. And designs sort of changed. But, I don’t feel like writing a large wall of text similar to the Veterans Vietnam Memorial.
 
In my versions, Zeb isn’t a Zebra, but one of Erabus’ spawns/2nd-ish in command. And a sub plot idea with Squirk kidnapping Pluma, a G1 character, is the younger sister of Captain Celano from the 2017 movie. Squirk and Erabus are… connected to each other.
 
Ahuizotl’s Tenochtitlan Empire (who’s real name is Tlalocan) was screwed over by Erabus thousands of years ago, as his parents refuse to allegiance to a pony genocidal egotist.
 
TL;DR: Arabus/Erabus is pony Hitler in a formal sense that he thinks ponies are parasites and sinful.

I like your reimagining of g1 villains. Would there be more? Redeemed antagonists are fine too.

I’d want him to sound more like Flemming from the Suda game, Shadows of the Damned.

Somehow, I imagine him sounding like Maximilian Pegasus from Yu-Gi-Oh.

It’s not actually fitting, but when I look at him, I see that guy in the middle of the picture, the one with the scissors and the beard.
