Well, clearly this is a meta effect of Pinkie Pie, and the direction she is facing. She is pushing off with her left hind-leg, so the sound is started by emanating from there first, thus going right to left and looking backwards to the viewer. Just like it would be properly left to right if it were being read from behind.
 
Or maybe Silfoe added the sound effect onomatopoeia early on, then flipped the image at a later point, causing the words to be backwards.
