The shadow on her face is very strong. It looked like she was wearing a top covering her arms at first, and then I realised the hands had the same colour, and I just got more and more confused xD

The the shadow on her face is from the hat she is wearing.

If you mean the legs then you missed something. That’s not a shadow, they are pony legs. Like visible from the tags, she is drawn as a pony satyr here.
