In case nobody has told you about these unfortunate facts.

People are less likely to believe your claim of ownership over an art piece when you comment anonymously.
It is always best to use official channels before commenting publicly to resolve this type of issue.
The best way to resolve these issues is to link your Tumblr account and any other areas were you post your artwork to your Derpibooru profile.

Once you have that established it should be a simple matter of making a report. A great way to help yourself is to be post the art yourself on your own profile.
Even if the circumstances are frustrating or offensive always be polite and patient when it comes to resolving these issues. You don’t want your audience to view you as overly possessive or rude. Especially if you have an interest in the idea of making money through commissions.
