Description
Finally got this girl finished! I am so pleased with how she turned out! Gilda Stands nearly two feet tall, and is made entirely out of Minky fabric with applique and embroidery. She stands freely, with plastic stock in the base of her feet to keep them flat. She has wire in her wings “bone” to keep them rigid, with upholstery foam for the feathers. Many parts are hand sewn, such as the claws, feathers, plume, tail, and beak. She took multiple prototypes, with the biggest challenge being the front claws. She was a commission and is not for sale!
