I like EQG better. I can ship characters together without my morals being questioned… as much. Plus the pony shipping gets a little too close to the ‘this is fucking strange and I probably need professional help’ area of things.

It’s not about criticism or debate. It’s about people voicing their opinions and getting upset with the people who don’t share those opinions because only one is allowed to be right.
 
I’m not shutting down a debate here, but I am incredibly tired of people treating one as being superior when that’s a matter of opinion. It wouldn’t be a bloody civil war, like the image suggests, if people weren’t getting angry about it.
 
Seems like all the fandom does nowadays is chew on itself for one reason or another. What I’m advocating here is that people stop being offended that others don’t share their opinions before going into this ridiculous debate. We crap on each other enough, we should really treat each other better.
