I dunno man pretty much every artist or editor has been scared off by shitposters and haters in /mlp/ and the ones on the edit threads are busy with other stuff.  
Maybe if they moved to /trash/ the quality will improve, anyway, check the archived source to look at threst of the works in progress.

why
The fact that her chest teleports to the right inbetween frames doesn’t look so great, but I guess that’s just the way their body animation works. It’s a pretty nice edit otherwise.

Well, to be fair, smaller chests are much easier to keep contained. Fluttershy, here, has (for her body-type) extremely large breasts.
