I’m aware of that, but that doesn’t mean she can’t go through different outfits now and again, for all we know is this is just her civilian look.
Minor future ep spoilers. Thing is she reappears in the Rockhoof ep in full costume leading a class sans earrings.
The earrings could easily have been gotten during her time in the present, the color can be chalked up to her simply sitting far away and not being in focus, and she could have easily just applied a different kind of eyeshadow, it’s just makeup after all.
