You crazy, man.
I guess you could say it left you… in the dark!
Get it? Because “stygian” means… no, no, I’ll see myself out.
Cool story, bro.
The good guys kick all the bad guy’s asses (except one) :D
….and then what?
Basically, pretty every teammate had some kind of huge secret they were keeping from everyone else, and a few of them were being blackmailed by villains over them, and this has been building up steadily over like the entire season. They literally fix this by just all getting together and telling each other their big secrets so the villains have like zero leverage over them XD

Of what now?
Probably not, but I love so much in a story where they just do the absolute most simple effective thing in spite of what you’d expect them to do. Like the season 1 finale of Young Justice XD
I….don’t think that’s how it would go. Y’know, considering the lesson….
To be fair though might kind of makes right with the ponies. You don’t need to act civil when people NEED to be tolerant of you lest they be exiled or obliterated via elements or horn blasts, so acting was probably never a priority for her XD
@Brony_Conundrum
It’s mostly a consequence of the show being geared for younger kids I’d wager. Like, if the protagonists didn’t constantly make really bad decisions to fuel stories and instead everyone was super-competent, probably they figure kids couldn’t follow along or something. It really does make them all seem pretty dense though doesn’t it? Like, I even wrote a piece a few months back where I’d love if they did a DVD feature where episodes were solved in under 5 minutes because the characters all made really smart decisions instead XD
Alright, nevermind me, I’m dumb.
No? I was talking about her sending Discord to fight Tirek.
??????Oh, wait, you were talking about the acting thing, weren’t you?Edited
Nothing. The “God” soundtea was talking about was the map, not her.
And what did Celestia have to do with that?
The map pointing them towards the artifacts and Twilight deciding to charge blindly ahead with summoning the Pillars without a second thought for the possibility of releasing the Pony of Shadows that was also sealed in Limbo with them, despite the fact that there was no threat that needed dealing with and she had all the time in the world to figure out how to do it properly first.

@Brony_Conundrum
So then what the hell are you guys talking about?
By that I meant the tree itself since the Map then actively guided them toward the artifacts.
I don’t think so. She definitely told them she was going to decipher the journal, but I don’t think she said anything beyond that.
@soundtea
Wait, did she even tell Celestia she was going to return the pillars?
And she should still have seen an implied, “By the way, try and make sure that shadow monster doesn’t come out with them or that you at least have a failsafe in place, plsthnx.”
Edited
On the other hand, the closest equivalent of God was pretty much nudging her toward that. More of a “Okay you’re good enough to bust my makers out of stasis.”
Eh, I can forgive Celestia for that since it was a stressful situation, to say the least. Not so for Twilight “I’mma release the Pillars without a second thought for that monster in there with them because I gotta get that autograph from Starswirl” Sparkle.
