Seems kinda like “disproportionate retrobution” to block somebody over one comment. I think they were just joking around, and didn’t mean any harm. While I don’t blame Yamino for being a bit “sensative” considering she’s been wrongly blamed for creating all of the “Derpygate” drama, that’s a bit overly-sensative on her part.

Correct me if I’m wrong (I’d be glad if I was). I’ve yet to see Derpy in Season 3, and I think the reason why derpgate is becoming an issue again is for that reason.

Joking aside, yeah some fans overreacted to Yamino’s opinions on “Derpy.” Yamino may be a li’l overly-politically-correct, but she’s not the reason they changed the Derpster, and it was wrong of people to blame her.
