Although here I thinks it’s less “too deep” and more that it curves up too much after the joint, so the backs legs should be a little flatter…

It's bad. In a good way!
Back hooves are such a pain. Getting that little indentation the right size takes quite a bit. And here it is noticebly far too deep.  
There are tutorials on here that are worth checking up on. I only did a very quick look and found this possibly helpful image.  

 
Oh but if you’re going for fat I guess the rules change a bit, and you’ll wanna bring the thigh line much close to the center of the body to make it super thicc.
