Pound was nervous and scared to meet Flurry’s parents they had been dating for almost 3 weeks now. He still remembered what Twilight had told him before their first date.  
“Her father is the former Captain of the Royal Guard in Canterlot. So you better keep her safe.”  
He kept that thought in his head, scared that her father will come after him. He did keep her safe when they would hang out. He knew that there was a special connection with Flurry. He’d known that they hadn’t been dating that long. He told his parents that he was leaving and told his parents goodbye and headed out the door.
 
Flurry was so excited to see her parents and for Pound to meet them. She told Twilight that she was leaving and headed out the door to meet Pound.
 
Flurry: Hey Pound  
Pound: Hey Beautiful As he said giving her a kiss  
Flurry: So you ready to meet my parents?  
Pound: Kind of…  
Flurry: What do you mean “Kind of”?  
Pound: I have to admit I’m kinda nervous. It’s about what Twilight said. Your dad will come after me if anything happens to you. I mean that’s kind of scary.  
Flurry: Oh, you’ll be fine. My dad is sweet when you get to know him. He’ll like you, Trust me.  
Pound: Okay, whatever you say.
 
The Pair walked onto the train and took their seats. They were tired so they took a small nap. They woke up when they heard the conductor say: “Last the Crystal Empire”
 
Pound: Flurry wake up.  
Flurry: Hmmm…  
Pound: I’m going to have to carry you
 
Being the strong Pegis he is. He hoisted her up on his back and walked off the train.  
He walked for about 20 minutes. When he walked into town, townsfolk started looking. Flurry woke up started blushing.
 
Flurry: Pound why didn’t you wake me up?  
Pound: I tried to but you didn’t wake up, so I carried you.  
Flurry: Awww… you’re sweet. Come we’re almost to the castle.  
Pound: OMG! You live here!  
Flurry: Yep!
 
The pair walked into the throne room, there was Cadence working on some work.
 
Flurry: Mom I’m back.  
Cadence: Hi, sweetie, who’s this.  
Flurry: This is Pound Cake… my… uh… boyfriend.  
Cadence: Wow… umm… she said surprisingly  
Pound: Hi, Princess.  
Cadence: No, no, just call me Cadence.  
Pound: Alright.
 
The 3 ponies went to sit down and talk. That’s when Shining Amor walked in. Pound was all nervous inside and was scared a little bit…
