I’m just going to assume they cast the cloudwalking spell on all of them offscreen with the expectation of needing to walk at some point.

Otherwise, I’d be flailing and raging right now.
(Actually, I STARTED the rage engines before remembering Twi is just under the highest level unicorn now.)
