Cozy Glow wasn’t framed. Starlight Glimmer and Sandbar heard her spiel about draining the world’s magic (read: life force) and craving the power of friendship. The Elements and Spike heard about her correspondence with Tirek straight from the centaur’s mouth. And when they all confronted her, she didn’t exactly deny the allegations.
 
She. Was. Framed. Got it? Now we’re going to adopt her out of that horrible place, where she can be happy and free to help with making cupcakes in the basement.

According to what I’ve read (I’ve never seen the movie) she becomes a janitor at the place she was an actress at.
