Concept exploration for a (evil) changeling airship
I don’t think it’s very changeling-ish, instead looks like a turtle + angler fish… (fail). I should try studying more insects for this.

This is incredible! Really fits the changelings’ monstrous aesthetic.  
The toxic green glow really sells it. It looks so vicious!
 
I can imagine seeing it emerge from the darkness as a massive swarm of changelings pours from every gap and orifice.

I like it, though… It’s as if this was an actual airship, and there was a Changeling mole on board, and he and the others took over the ship, turning it into an areal hive
 
It works as a concept, and I don’t think it’s all that bad. You can just continue on with your art, if I’m concerned.

Looks neat and all but since it clearly doesn’t need an envelope to contain LTA gas to fly, then why even bother making it a dirigible? Just make it a flying ship.
