It was a dream. This was all I could remember.
I thought the same thing from the thumbnail.
That makes more sense I guess. But I was seriously under the impression this was just the most AMAZING illusion of a traditional painted image depicting water. I’ve been surprised before.

Edit: The water and scene are done in Blender. Starlight was coloured in Photoshop as was the refraction on her legs.
